Does Core4 Lean Really Work?

Core4 Lean comes with a pleasant vanilla flavor, and they claim to satisfy appetite, reduce food cravings, support fat metabolism, increase sustained energy, and replace meals so that you can lose more weight. It’s basically a protein shake that they hope you will keep buying rather than eating normal foods in general.
They claim it is meant to attack the core of the body and burn more fat. Apparently, it has everything you need. But honestly speaking, you need actual weight loss ingredients in any blend, and you cannot keep starving yourself by not eating real food forever. So what are the ingredients?
Vitamin A-a natural and essential vitamin good for skin, it does not actually pertain to weight loss.
Thiamin-an essential vitamin, this is not a weight loss ingredient.
Riboflavin-an essential vitamin, this is not a weight loss ingredient.
Pantothenic acid-an essential vitamin, this is not a weight loss ingredient.
Calcium-an essential nutrient, it is good for bones, teeth, etc. But it does not actually promote weight loss despite what the milk commercials may tell you.
Iodine-an essential nutrient, they have said that this is good for the thyroid. However, unless you have a thyroid disorder, it does not affect your metabolism that greatly, and if you do, you need medical attention
Chromium-meant to control and regulate blood sugar levels to keep them from randomly spiking and then falling, chromium has been used successfully in combination with certain other ingredients to promote weight loss. However, on its own the effect is minor at best. It generally requires about 200mcg.
Magnesium-an electrolyte that can be lost in the process, this makes everything a more pleasant experience and gives you nutrients in some ways that you need.
Lysine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
Phenylalanine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
Proline-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss.
Tryptophan-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss.
Tyrosine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss.
We would not recommend this. Yes, it has vitamins. But it’s basically a glorified multivitamin. Multivitamins should not be used to replace meals, to replace actual food, etc. It’s not healthy, and if for nothing else, it’s not sustainable. It will not help you to lose weight in a constructive manner as it has no weight loss ingredients. We would not recommend using Core4 Lean.
