Does Dr Natura ColonAide Really Work?

Dr Natura ColonAide has quickly become a rather popular option claiming to give you all the various benefits of a colon cleanser in general. They claim that Dr Natura ColonAide will finally help you to achieve all the healthy digestion and otherwise that you are looking for, ultimately giving you the body you want with the energy you need. So what are the ingredients?

Ingredients Used

Psyllium husk-a natural fiber that has been known to improve and maintain regularity. It has also shown promise in lowering bad cholesterol levels and improving GI function.

Flaxseed-reduces cholesterol, blood pressure, and plaque formation in arteries for greater heart health.

Fennel seed-helps to promote a healthier GI tract and regularity as a natural fiber

Papaya fruit-a natural superfruit, this is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and other powerful nutrients meant for various purposes.

Grapefruit pectin-a soluble fiber that has been shown to bind bile acids and promote their excretion

Slippery elm bark-it has been used for healing wounds, boils, ulcers, burns, and skin inflammation. It has been used orally for coughs, sore throats, diarrhea, and stomach problems.

Marshmallow root-known to soothe the stomach, this does not promote weight loss. However, with a good cleansing formula, it can be useful.

Rhubarb root-commonly used for its fleshy petioles, it has been used as a common laxative and has astringent effects on the body.

Guar gum-it has been known to control human cholesterol levels, and it has benefits in that area. But it does not promote cleansing or weight loss

Alfalfa-a superfood, it has been shown to increase peristalsis of the bowels and purify the blood

Peppermint-peppermint leaf has been used as a natural laxative and also to promote healing and relieve stomach upset associated with the digestive system.

Uva ursi-a natural detoxifier, if used on its own, it is generally nothing more than a diuretic, which can be harmful rather than helpful. But if used correctly in combination with the right cleaners in general, it can have a healthy detoxifying effect on the body.

Stevia-a natural sweetener and a calorie free sweetener, these types of sweeteners have been known to actually contribute to obesity because despite their lack of calories, they cannot be properly digested by the body and they trick the body into associating the sweet tastes with fewer calories in all foods

Licorice root-it has been known to soothe an upset stomach and alleviate diarrhea. But it does not actually promote weight loss.

Aloe vera-a natural and effective digestive aid that promotes healing within the stomach as well as in the skin

Conclusion

This formula has some of the right ingredients as you can see. But you need a good base to work off of in order to get cleansing benefits, and they lack that cleanse. Each ingredient comes only in extremely small and realistically ineffective amounts, and it will just cause side effects without any benefits in general.
