Does Force Factor Ramp Up Really Work?

Force Factor Ramp Up claims that you can lose weight and achieve all the results you are looking for. Apparently, it is meant to help you to burn more fat, increase your natural metabolism, and build lean muscle mass at the same time. They claim that it will finally make that needed change and otherwise help you to get all the results you want and need. So what are the ingredients?

Ingredients Used

Green tea-a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is also rich in antioxidants like EGCG. However, one should keep in mind that it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine considering the fact that caffeine is the actual fat burning component

White willow bark-white willow bark is basically speaking a derivative of salicylic acid, and it works as a natural aspirin to reduce inflammation and pain. But that is not weight loss, it is meant more to fight the potential side effects of things like caffeine

Caffeine-It has been shown to produce a powerful thermogenic effect in the body if used in the right amounts. However, it also comes with the classic side effects of caffeine.

Alpha-ketoglutaric acid-one of two ketones derived from glutaric acid, this has been used to aid in the kreb cycle. It forms amino acids. But it does not actually promote weight loss

Marine coral calcium-this is a more powerful and absorbable form of an essential nutrient, it is good for bones, teeth, etc. But it does not actually promote weight loss despite what the milk commercials may tell you.

Cayenne-cayenne pepper is something found in the common kitchen. However, it has also commonly been used as a mild thermogenic fat burning agent

Bladderwrack-rich in iodine, this has been said to be good for the thyroid. However, unless you have a thyroid disorder, it won’t make a big difference, and if you do, you need medical help, not iodine.

Yerba mate-used as a natural Brazilian energy supplement, it is not effective in promoting weight loss without both guarana and damiana.

Meadowsweet-another form of salicylic acid, this can act as a natural aspirin reducing pain and inflammation. However, it does not actually promote weight loss

Wintergreen-it is a group of plants that has been used as an analgesic, anodyne, anti rheumatic, anti arthritic, anti spasmodic, antiseptic, astringent, aromatic, carminative, and diuretic. As such, it can cause side effects as the body realistically needs that water.

Mustard seed-it has been used as a phytonutrient, to reduce inflammation, and it’s rich in omega fatty acids. However, it does not promote weight loss

Conclusion

This formula has been touted by makers as the miracle diet supplement. But realistically speaking it has no chance. It has only small amounts and small proprietary blends, and it doesn’t have the ingredients you actually should be looking for. Most of the ingredients have nothing to do with weight loss at all. So we would definitely recommend that you find something else.
