We would not recommend using GNC Total Lean 7 Day Fast Loss Kit. It has some good ingredients, and it has 3 different formulas included averaging out to a much cheaper $20 each. But realistically, it doesn’t have the proper amounts of those ingredients, and few ingredients, that are proven to promote weight loss results. And realistically speaking, GNC Total Lean 7 Day Fast Loss Kit does not have much of anything proven to show greater results in general that you would hope you were paying for. You are getting nothing more than the GNC name.

I LOVED the 7 day fast loss kit, I ended up losing 8 lbs in one week
And kept it off! I’m definitely going to continue getting the lean shake that was included in the kit, it kept me full for a long time.
By the way, I don’t feel your review was accurate because you never actually tried it, you just explained the ingredients. In my opinion, a review reflects one’s experience with a product; not what they know about it. For accurate reviews, I would suggest visiting the product page on the GNC website.
