Does Ice Cube Diet Really Work?

Giving you diet pills in ice cube form, the Ice Cube Diet is based on the idea that you can get all those ingredients, and it can be twice as potent as pills. They talk about independent studies, time tested results, appetite suppression, and balancing your hunger naturally. They talk about pure and certified hoodia gordonii, and apparently there is raw hoodia in each ice cube. So the question is, is it effective? They talk about testing 111 women in an independent study. But realistically speaking, there is nothing to substantiate the idea of an ice cube being twice as potent as pills, and their main ingredient has been proven over and over not to promote weight loss. So what are the other ingredients?
Ingredients Used
Hoodia-hoodia has been hyped in the media on news programs and Oprah. However, had they done any research at all, they would have known that hoodia has actually been disproven in every major study. They tried to patent a form. But being that the original never worked, it failed. And then the South African government made it illegal to export hoodia from South Africa in the first place, the only place in which hoodia gordonii actually grows.
Conclusion
We would not recommend using the Ice Cube Diet. You cannot actually lose weight, and you cannot actually see results, because they don’t have the right ingredients. Their only named ingredient has been disproven at this point, and obviously you could find something better. You also can’t get that particular ingredient outside of South Africa. So obviously, there are better options.
