Does MHP Xpel Really Work?
A maximum strength diuretic, MHP Xpel claims that you can lose weight and get the extreme water loss results that you are looking for. But realistically of course, you shouldn’t be looking for water weight loss results. Water weight is necessarily to the basic functioning of the body, and that is not excess water weight you’re flushing out. It causes multiple side effects and serious weight rebounds. So what are the ingredients?
Vitamin B6-an essential B vitamin, this has been known to give some extra energy. However, it does not promote weight loss
Magnesium-an electrolyte that can be lost in the process, this makes everything a more pleasant experience and gives you nutrients in some ways that you need.
Calcium-an essential nutrient, it is good for bones, teeth, etc. But it does not actually promote weight loss despite what the milk commercials may tell you.

Buchu leaves-a natural detoxifier, if used on its own, it is generally nothing more than a diuretic, which can be harmful rather than helpful. But if used correctly in combination with the right cleaners in general, it can have a healthy detoxifying effect on the body.
Green tea-a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is also rich in antioxidants like EGCG. However, one should keep in mind that it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine considering the fact that caffeine is the actual fat burning component
Guarana-used as a natural energy supplement, it is not effective in actually promoting weight loss without both damiana and yerba mate
This formula is true to its word in that it has a bunch of diuretics. It gets rid of water weight. But you will gain it back just as quickly, and realistically speaking, it will cause quite a few problems and side effects in the meantime, actually making it harder to lose weight in the future. We would not recommend using MPH Xpel, honest or not.
