But the only really natural approach outside of exercise to cellulite is actually coffee scrubs. So the question is, what are the ingredients?

Ingredients Used

Caffeine-It has been shown to produce a powerful thermogenic effect in the body if used in the right amounts. However, it also comes with the classic side effects of caffeine.

Safflower nut oil-containing CLA, this requires about 4500mg or more to have an effect. But in that amount, it can build lean muscle mass and burn fat. Unfortunately, even with that amount, it only promotes an extra 2 pounds per year of weight loss.

Lecithin-it has been used in cooking as an emulsifier to thicken things. However, it does not actually promote weight loss or other related benefits.

Aloe vera-a natural and effective digestive aid that promotes healing within the stomach as well as in the skin

Conclusion

In a way, they do have caffeine, which can wake up the skin and safflower oil to moisturize it. But when it comes right down to it, they don’t actually have what would be needed to promote weight loss. They don’t have what would be needed to burn the fat associated with cellulite.
