Cha de bugre-cha de bugre is a Brazilian herb based on hype. They say it does quite a few things. But in all reality, cha de bugre has not been proven to promote any weight loss results.

Green tea-a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is rich in a particular antioxidant that they call EGCG. It has been studied through hundreds of valid clinical studies. But it requires at least 400mg to work. And caffeine free green tea does not work as caffeine is the actual fat burning component found in green tea. The antioxidants have completely separate benefits.

Guarana-used as a natural energy supplement, it is not effective in actually promoting weight loss without both damiana and yerba mate

Napsil does not actually help you to lose weight. It’s appealing to think this, because obviously, we like to think there are magical ingredients out there, especially when they’re foreign. But cha de bugre for one has never actually been proven to do anything, and guarana only works in combination with damiana and yerba mate. They don’t bother using the clinically proven amounts of their one proven ingredient known as green tea, and realistically, you should never rely on just one ingredient anyway. You should always have multiple ingredients doing multiple things ideally speaking. So we would recommend finding something else.
