Promoted as the ultimate way to lose belly fat, Phosphacore claims that you can lose 25 pounds of fat in just 2 weeks with an incredible formula that will work for anyone. It has a weight loss miracle herb, and apparently it is the #1 diet pill in America for losing stubborn belly fat. It fights abdominal fact, replaces fat with muscle, firms your trouble spots, and it’s 100% natural and safe. But keep in mind, you can’t target areas of fat. You can burn fat in general and eventually it will come off in the belly area or with any other trouble area. This said, you also cannot “replace” fat with muscle. They are two separate entities. The cells grow and shrink, and over time, you could make one smaller and the other larger. So what are these magical ingredients?

Ingredients Used

Phosphatidylserine-a common phospholipid, it has been used to improve memory and cognition and lunchtime lipo procedures have used it. However, it has not been used to promote weight loss in a pill, and as far as lunchtime lipo goes, it has not been proven, except when you’re talking about potential dangers.

Cis-9-trans-11 conjugated linoleic acid-this requires about 4500mg or more to have an effect. But in that amount, it can build lean muscle mass and burn fat. Unfortunately, even with that amount, it only promotes an extra 2 pounds per year of weight loss.

Ascorbic acid-an essential vitamin that has been used to strengthen the skin and immune system in some, this is not a weight loss ingredient.

Conclusion

This blend has no real weight loss ingredients. CLA is as close as they come, burning about an extra 2 pounds per year. That’s not significant to say the least. But it is consistent. This in mind, they don’t have enough CLA even for that as CLA requires at least 4500mg alone. So we would not recommend this product.
