Ingredients Used
Caffeine-It has been shown to produce a powerful thermogenic effect in the body if used in the right amounts. However, it also comes with the classic side effects of caffeine.
Green tea-a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is also rich in antioxidants like EGCG. However, one should keep in mind that it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine considering the fact that caffeine is the actual fat burning component
White willow bark-white willow bark is basically speaking a derivative of salicylic acid, and it works as a natural aspirin to reduce inflammation and pain. But that is not weight loss, it is meant more to fight the potential side effects of things like caffeine
Hoodia gordonii-hoodia has been hyped in the media on news programs and Oprah. However, had they done any research at all, they would have known that hoodia has actually been disproven in every major study. They tried to patent a form. But being that the original never worked, it failed. And then the South African government made it illegal to export hoodia from South Africa in the first place, the only place in which hoodia gordonii actually grows.
White quebrancho-a tannin, this does not promote weight loss
Sesame oil-with an active component known as sesamin, this can actually potentially burn fat if you use the right amount. However, that would be well into the thousands of milligrams, which you won’t find in most products.
Gotu kola-a mild antibacterial, antiviral, anti inflammatory, anti-ulcerogenic, anxiolytic, cerebral tonic, circulatory stimulant, diuretic, nerine, and vulnerary, gotu kola does everything it seems but promote real weight loss, and it certainly causes some side effects

However, it has not been used to promote weight loss in a pill, and as far as lunchtime lipo goes, it has not been proven, except when you’re talking about potential dangers.
Cayenne pepper-cayenne pepper is something found in the common kitchen. However, it has also commonly been used as a mild thermogenic fat burning agent
Japanese sophora-it has been used as a homeopathic dilution for dysentery, but not for weight loss, fat burning, etc.

Yohimbine-it has been used as a sexual stimulant. However, it has never been used as a weight loss supplement in reality, and it can cause serious side effects such as liver damage, kidney damage, heart attack, and stroke
Conclusion
Precision Engineered Fireball is not the product you want. It does not promote weight loss, and it does not promote other benefits in general. Most of the ingredients have nothing at all to do with weight loss in all truth, and honestly speaking, you could definitely find something better. We would recommend at this time that you do.
