Does Relacore Really Work?

A “stress mitigating compound, Relacore is based on the idea of reducing stress and therefore fighting belly fat. Now, they were originally predicated on the idea of reducing excess cortisol levels. But realistically, that is a serious and rare medical disorder, and it has to be treated with prescription options. So they were sued with a number of other companies by the FTC. The major problem is that it never worked out. They have always been so focused on cortisol and stress that they used sleep aids rather than actual weight loss ingredients. Of course, if you’ve ever used a sleep aid, you may have noticed that you did not automatically lose weight. So what are the ingredients this time around?
Ingredients Used
Passion flower-a natural relaxant and sleep aid, it is not directly related to weight loss.
Magnolia bark-a natural sleep aid, this does not promote weight loss
Scutellaria-otherwise known as skullcaps, there are over 200 different species. It has been used to address chronic fatigue, anxiety, stress, headaches, hangovers, influenza, pneumonia, high cholesterol, etc.
Niacinimide-an essential B vitamin, this has been known to give some extra energy. However, it does not promote weight loss, and it has been known to cause flushing and redness in some users
DHEA-another name for 7-keto, this is actually a patented form that can help you to burn more fat and therefore lose more weight than ever before. It only requires about 200mg to show successful results. However, most companies do not take advantage of this powerful and completely stimulant free fat burner
Panax ginseng root-otherwise known as Asian ginseng, this has been shown to promote a greater energy and otherwise fat loss through thermogenic fat burning. It is characterized by the presence of ginsenosides, and it has been shown to possibly promote fat loss if used in the right amounts.
Poria-otherwise known as fu ling, this has been used in Chinese medicine with a superficial layer called white poria. It has been used for dysuria, edema, phlegm retention, and other water related problems in the body as well as lassitude, anorexia, and loose stool.
Jujube fruit-this fruit used in Chinese and Korean cultures, it has been used for greater relaxation
Perilla frutescens-used in traditional Chinese medicine, it has been used as a relaxant
Phosphatidylserine-a common phospholipid, it has been used to improve memory and cognition. However, it has not been used to promote weight loss.
Conclusion
All of these ingredients have their uses. Most of them are just as they were before, sleep aids. There is one stimulant that would cause more stress than otherwise to the body. But the main point is that they don’t promote weight loss. Moreover, with only a 265mg proprietary blend when panax ginseng, the only weight loss ingredient included, requires at least 400mg, you are sure not to get results.
