How Does Slender Shaper Work?

Unfortunately the theory that massage and the reduction of muscle tension will stimulate fat loss and build muscle mass is ridiculous. Muscle is built through the tearing of the tissue and then the rebuilding that occurs after exercise. Massage is nowhere near a strong enough form of tension to achieve these results. The amount of electric shock that would be necessary to cause any form of resistance on the muslces part (which is how the muscle is torn and rebuilt) would be too dangerous to have as an everyday product that is not administered and monitored by a health care professional.

We understand that desire to find an easy way to get results but the truth is that any lasting weight loss will be the result of lifestyle changes and that includes the implementation of exercise of a regular basis. Slender Shaper does have five different speeds and is supposedly easy to use on arms as well as legs so if you have a particularly physical job you may consider it for a relaxation tool at the end of your day.
