Does SlimQuick Cleanse Really Work?

SlimQuick Cleanse, like SlimQuick’s other products claims to increase weight loss by addressing 6 different issues. The issues that SlimQuick Cleanse addresses are: toxin buildup, metabolism, digestive function, energy level, colon health, and blood sugar levels. That seems like a lot of issues to address with one supplement. Let’s take a closer look at how well it actually helps with those issues.
Ingredients Used
Glucomannan-a natural appetite suppressant, this can blow up in the stomach when combining a minimum of 1000mg with 8oz of water before 2 major meals per day. It is a completely stimulant free fiber, and it has been recognized to be quite effective in general terms.
Green tea extract-a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is also rich in antioxidants like EGCG. However, one should keep in mind that it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine considering the fact that caffeine is the actual fat burning component
Senna extract-it has been used as an anti inflammatory and laxative. It can cause laxative related problems. However, it does not really cleanse
Ginseng extract-characterized by the presence of ginsenosides, this has been used in various different forms. All promote an overall feeling of wellbeing and fat burning with thermogenic properties. However, some relax while others energize.
Lactospore-a good bacteria, this has been known to balance out the digestive system and therefore help people to fight certain digestive issues.
Chaste tree extract-promoting greater fertility in women, this has been proven to naturally fight things like PMS and polycystic syndrome. However, it does not actually promote weight loss.
Artichoke-rich in fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants, this does not actually promote weight loss or any other benefits of that type
Turmeric extract-a natural herb and flavorant in Ayurvedic medicine, it has never been connected to or associated with weight loss
Dandelion leaf extract-a natural detoxifier, if used on its own, it is generally nothing more than a diuretic, which can be harmful rather than helpful. But if used correctly in combination with the right cleaners in general, it can have a healthy detoxifying effect on the body.
Cranberry leaf extract-full of natural antioxidants and vitamins, this can replenish deficiencies you may have while also killing off potentially harmful free radicals.
Fennel seed extract-helps to promote a healthier GI tract and regularity as a natural fiber
Peppermint extract-peppermint leaf has been used as a natural laxative and also to promote healing and relieve stomach upset associated with the digestive system.
Caraway seed-used to treat colic and loss of appetite, this does not promote weight loss at all
Ginger-generally used to calm stomach upset, it does not necessarily directly control or promote weight loss.
Slippery elm-it has been used for healing wounds, boils, ulcers, burns, and skin inflammation. It has been used orally for coughs, sore throats, diarrhea, and stomach problems.
Bromelain-found oftentimes in pineapple, this has been used to effectively speaking soften meat as well as to relieve things like arthritis. However, it can cause certain other problems while treating these problems, and we would not recommend that you use this
Cinnamon-a natural blood sugar regulator, it does not promote weight loss.
Conclusion
As far as removing toxin buildup, we couldn’t find a good variety of ingredients in SlimQuick Cleanse that would actually help with that. Overall this product contains a lot more ingredients than most, but we couldn’t find much difference between this product’s main ingredients, and other products main ingredients. It may provide some benefits, but not much more that your generic weight loss cleanse.
