Most people will forget to return the product even though they aren’t seeing results and that is how Think and Lose sucks you in and gets its money. You may see small results but it requires watching every day. And there are no studies proving direct connection between think and lose and weight loss results. Realistically speaking, hypnosis can promote greater relaxation. But relaxation, whether coming from sleep aids or some hypnosis DVD, will not actually promote any greater weight loss results.
