If your purpose describes building up muscular stamina, then bodyweight exercises is what you should be doing. But these in no way can augment your strength and if what you require is a great strength training exercise, you should better look out for another alternative.

But for those who flaunt their body, like bodybuilders, physical fitness equipment is something they cannot be without. The device consists of weights and other related accessories as well. Like, when using physical fitness equipment, one not only use weight blocks to perform resistance training but can also make use of the springboard to expand the body.

Finally, the decision as whether to use physical fitness equipment depends completely on the kind of exercises you wish to do and your ultimate goal as well. It is your purpose that should guide you in the type of equipment you need and just bumping into few unknown combinations wouldn't to any good.
