Exercise and Lose Fat

Exercise is the main key to lose fat. As we enter into the old age there is continuous increase in fat especially around the waist line. Many people have already tried various medicines as well as other prescriptions to reduce fat but they are not worth, as fat comes back after we discontinue their use. Diets are not enough to reduce fat. So the best way to reduce fat is exercise and a proper nutritious diet. Diet results in the reduction of fat as well as muscle. The reduction in the muscle mass also slower the metabolism process in our body.  So it’s not possible to burn as much calories. Our body becomes inactive with the age.

The best way to lose fat is to burn more calories then we take. This can be done through proper exercise and under proper training of an expert. Extra three fifty calories are burnt after we gain an extra pound of muscle. Aerobic exercises as well as cardio exercises are excellent ways of reducing the fat. Always begin the exercise with the warm up of 2- 4 minutes. Exercising in the range of 15-20 minutes helps to reduce the fat and it is necessary to cool down for 4-5 minutes as this will bring the heart beat to normal. In order to shape our body we have to do the body shaping exercises. Many women usually deposits fat around their waist and thighs while man around their waist.

Here is the list of some exercises

Outer Thigh Lift: Lying on your right side with your hips and ankle in line with your shoulders, lift your left leg as high as possible, hold and then return to the starting position. Then do at least 11 repetitions and then change the side.

Inner Thigh Lift: lying on your left side with your hips ankle in line with your shoulders the right knee should be bent to 90-degree angle. Lift the left leg slowly as high as possible. Do 11 repetitions and change sides.
You yourself will be much concerned of the food you are eating during the exercise. You will be more conscious towards your body so you will be avoiding junk food as much as possible. In order to get the best results out of your work out is to be consistent and try to get better with time. After 4-8 weeks your progress will slower down. For example, you are having 10 repeats in a single out of three sets then your progress will continuous if you are smart enough to note the time in a notepad. Another way to reduce your fat is through abs workout. There are various machines available in the market which will help you to achieve your desired abs.

Along with the exercise it is advised to eat three well balanced meal and two nutritious snacks. More and more water should be taken along with high nutritious food. The way to proper exercise is to have a skilled trainer. An effective personal trainer can make all the difference.
