Fat layers inside the body provide a storeroom for the augmentation of carcinogens, which are mainly responsible for causing cancer. Excess amount of fat in the body increases the metabolism of the body than the normal rate.

In the females body, fat increases the chances for breast and uterus cancer. The man who has developed huge amount of body fat has the risk of getting affected by prostrate cancer.

The only therapy to this is to loose weight. This can be done by doing a lot of exercises. You can consult your fitness trainer for prescribing the right exercises for you. No matter how much fat you have inside your body. Follow your exercises regularly and you will see the difference in months.

In order to ward off cancer go for natural foods and discard the artificial preservative added food stuffs. People who have not gained so much of body fat should try to maintain their body by continuing their exercises. Take foods rich in anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory elements as they help to fight against cancer causing elements.

Moreover fruit juices and vegetables are good. For the fatty persons it will be a bit difficult to do exercises and maintain a fatless diet at first time, but following this loyally will help you in the long run.

You can also do yoga and aerobics exercises. Jogging and morning walk are the most sought after cure for all diseases and especially for reducing body fat.

You may also join some weight reducing programs. That will motivate you a lot. Remember it’s your duty to stay away from cancer and you can do that by reducing your body fat.
