Aerobic exercise

Aerobic is a kind of stress given to your body, such physical exercises and stress is known as Aerobics. This type of physical exercises is identified as “with oxygen”. There are many different types of Aerobic exercise. Well, it undoubtedly right thing that you will be able to burn lot of your calories especially when you perform aerobic exercises but always remember there is difference in burning calories, you will find very less number of calories burned in all. Let’s take an example, suppose you did go for running say nearly about for thirty minutes than you will the number of calories burned nearly about two hundred to three hundred calories which can balanced to one good and big seized apple. So, you can think for ham-burger which is calculated for about five hundred to six hundred of calories in it, so this says you need to run more as compared to that till what you do not burn up calories of one ham burger.

Well, don’t come to any such calculation that aerobic exercise is not good for decreasing your body weight but yes, it is not enough for weight lose. There are many problems in your body which can be solved through aerobic exercise such as it decreases the risk levels in diabetes it decreases sugar level, than heart diseases and cures many more problems of your body.
