Burn body fat
Burning body fat is not an easy job for majority of the people. There are many reasons behind this. Some of the common ones can be considered as heredity problem, excess accumulation of fat layers, over diet with irregular exercise or no exercise at all. With modern technology, and wide success of medical science it is possible to reduce or remove body fat by surgeries, but this cannot be termed as naturally burning body fats. To burn body fat, what is necessary is the daily workouts. For burning body fat, first it is essential to know about them, their nature and the correct way to get rid of body fat by naturally burning them.
For better understanding, it is necessary to know some facts relating our body. A particular point from which the weight loss returns are much less than what is expected depending on real investment can be termed as the critical threshold. A very common misunderstanding prevailing among the majority is that they think that they are working hard and also eating clean, when they are actually not doing either of two. This happens due to unawareness. Real investment of time means the output obtained the clean input meaning quality drink and quality food, which fulfills body requirement and at the same time not increases body fats. Human body is not that simple that one may consider, it is very smart, in both ways, “hormonally as well as enzymatically”. The body knows very well when to start reacting to changes; it shows almost nil reactions if only one of dieting or exercising persists. Eating less and exercising more is the best way to burn body fat. Eating less does not mean remaining hungry and eventually feeling lazy and tired all the time. Eating less here means eating less of fatty food items, oily food, and fast foods or eating sweets in much more quantity than required. A proper proportion diet with the correct amount of vitamins, minerals, proteins is necessary. Exercising more does not mean doing that the whole day long, but doing quality exercise. The intensity of exercise can be decided and choosed by the individual keeping in mind his target and goal to be achieved. A proper combination of both surely helps to burn body fats. A balance between food and exercise has to be maintained.
Another important issue relating burning body fat is that till when to continue exercising? Till when not to touch that tasty fast food and enjoy late morning sleeps without giving much pain to the body? People wanting to burn their body fats start their work considering these questions. As discussed in the former part regarding the critical threshold, the best way to break this C.T. is to maximize workout time and burn the body fats. If this is achieved than time period should be considered. The time should be kept increasing till the maximum lapse. The rate of burning fat is again different for different people, on a broader platform depending upon sex and age. For females the time period for burning fat should be kept increasing till everything around starts sucking, that is say around 360 minutes per week and an inner feeling says that this is all you wanted to achieve. And once this stage is attained it becomes very easy to maintain with just some regularities. Same applies for the males except that the time has to be more than 400minutes a week. Now once this is attained and maintained for two weeks, without weight lose, there you start burning fats in the third week.
The above process should be continued till an individual’s goal is reached. Goals may vary from person to person. it is advisable to keep divide the goal into parts and than work on them, so that one’s motivation is not depressed.
