Calorie burningAre you tired of trying loosing calories by trying various methods? But still not getting any result. And for the tasty food variety available these days in form of junk food with popular places like McDonald and Pizza huts at every street corner find it very difficult to keep self-control over oneself. Thus put on calories in some or the other way. Of course exercise and dieting are ways for calorie burning, but they are helpful only if done in a proper manner. What are calories? The food that is not very nutritious, rather not healthy for the body, usually give rise to unnecessary calories. It can also be said that the food that does not provide energy to the body or is not used rather accumulated and hence stored in the body in form of calories and carbohydrates. Keeping these two factors in mind calorie burning can become an easy task to be achieved. Some very easy and efficient calorie burning workouts are listed here. The first one is Staircase workout. These can be our stairs at home or on the football field doing what is called as the call stadium stairs. If done on high intensity this exercise helps to burn calories from throughout the body. If not much is burned through this than at least the risk of further gaining more calories can be avoided. And if combination of stairs workout with some pushups or pull-ups can be done than it will work unimaginably, and a 100% result of calorie burning can be achieved. The other easy way is bodyweight workout. Body weight workout is high intensity exercise. They can be great because they are beneficial to those having less time.15-20minutes of this workout is enough for a beginner. The other advantage is no gym is necessary for it. Some dumbbells can be arranged at home. Floor abs exercise, pushups, pull-ups, bodyweight squats done for 15-20 minutes can be useful for calorie burning. But in this short interval no breaks must be taken for better result. These were some easy, simple and known workouts. Some uncommon are sandbag training, kettle bell workout, and wind sprints and incline sprints workout. Wind sprints and incline sprints can be done in any open area. Here some 25-100 yard depending on the person all out wind sprints are to be done. Breath is to be held and than relived. For better result continues 8-16 times such practice should be done. Incline sprints are also great and helpful if the incline is sprinted and the rest is walked down rapidly. This helps burning down calories faster and developing muscles too. The metabolism is also set right by this exercise. Kettle bell is more used by professional trainers. These kits are to be purchased from the market. Sandbag training is a combination of workout and strength training. These can be made at home with ease and in various shapes too. Sandbag exercise can be done on any part of the body. This also helps in burning calorie and fats. Hence it can be concluded that these five tips can be include in any ones daily workout and make the process of burning calorie easy and simple.
