Fat Burning Time

A very major and difficult problem faced by more than half of the world today is obesity or over weight. Fat and calorie burning can overcome this problem. Burning fat and calorie is not a very easy task but at the same time not impossible too. Along with proper steps and guidance one another important part is “TIME”. The time for burning fat and calories by exercising, can be any, what important is doing exercise regularly. But a faster and better result can be obtained if the same is practiced along with proper time management.

A continuous and daily practice for about thirty minutes by walking, cycling, swimming or jogging can prove to be very beneficial. It is just the matter of thirty minutes on a regular basis. People wanting best and sooner results have to surely look upon “time” for fat burning as a major role playing part. For utilizing every minute and obtaining maximum output, no other time than the morning time can be best. Doing aerobics early morning, that is before the first meal or empty stomach has its own charm.

The very primary reason why early morning fat burning time is emphasized has a scientific reason. During morning hours, before the first meal, the level of stored carbohydrates is quite low than the rest of the daytime. Behind this is a very simple logic, supposing the night meal is taken around 8:00 p.m. and than the morning breakfast at 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. that is after 11 or 12 hours. During this time the body utilizes the stored glucose and hence the level of glycogen goes down. So the optimized time for burning fat rather a carbohydrate is the morning time, which has lower blood sugar level. The second reason is that some experiments have proved that the result of performing cardio in the morning show that up to 300% more fat is burned. This is due to, what is called, as “after burn” effect. After burn effect is that, which continues even after one has stopped doing the cardio. This effect plays role throughout the day. Cardio in morning keeps the metabolism high for hours even after the session is over. A night cardio session fails in after burn effect, because the moment one sleeps the metabolism drops down. The third and another crucial reason for burning fat during morning are not only for better physical results. It is the feeling of freshness accompanied by high spirit that is present throughout the day. Exercising can be very enjoying and pleasant if done in the early morning hours; the only effort is to leave the warm bed. This practice helps to enjoy a stress less charming day through out.

Of course leaving the bed early morning is not an easy task for any person, but a bit of self-motivation and a feeling of being fit can surely be helpful. Once it becomes a part of daily life, it will become as normal as brushing teeth and bathing. The only effort is the first 2-3 weeks. Once if this is mastered, no other thing can provide with this kind of satisfaction, happiness and accomplishment. Still not to loose heart, people who can actually not fulfill this practice of getting up early, fat burning time can be any other too, but with lesser and slower results. In this case the time interval can be a bit longer. Last but not the least other time factor is how much time to do the exercises? This depends on person to person, but in the beginning stages it is advisable to go slower and gradually increase the workout time. Doing 30-40 minutes on a regular basis is sufficient to maintain but a little more is required when it comes to burning fat. This time becomes 45-50 minutes when not practiced during morning hours. Therefore it can be concluded that the fat burning time is the best in the morning hours.
