Maximum fat loss each week

Most people who begin to work out are interested in losing the fat that they have accumulated over the years.   Well, to loose fat it's a two fold process of reducing the amount you eat and getting more exercise.    Certain exercise workouts burn more calories than others, but let us get started on how to maximize your fat loss.

The first thing you must do is plan your diet so that you are burning more calories than you are taking in each day.   Equations that help you determine your basic metabolic rate and level of activity that will tell you how much you should be eating.  The danger is overestimating or overestimating your level of activity.  In the first one you take in too many calories and do not gain any weight and in the second case, you may not be taking in enough calories for the body to have a continuous supply of energy.  Unless you are far more active than most people, your level of activity is probably lower than you think it is.  (Of course, these equations are guidelines; other factors may mean that they do not produce the right amount of caloric intake for you.)

Once you have the diet plan down, the next thing you must do other than eat a balanced diet is to actually work at it.   When you first begin to workout you may notice extreme fat loss and then hit a plateau where you see no further progress.   This plateau effect is normal as your body is now adjusting to your new activity level and maintaining its weight.  Once you hit this, the next thing you need to do is increase the intensity of your workouts, that is, burn more calories while working out.    The body will soon adjust and then the fat loss will increase to adjust to the new level of activity, the more calories burned, the greater the fat loss will be.

In the fitness world, many people will offer shortcuts to help you gain the maximum fat loss each week, but if we are to believe the words of Chuck Norris, martial artist and honorary Texas Ranger, we are led to believe that gimmicks do not work.   Capitalism is a good thing, but keeps in mind that most of these products simply do not work.    The placebo effect may cause some people to get benefits from using the pills, but often there is no science behind them, and if it is a simple device you have a useless gadget that will sit around your house and has succeeded in doing nothing more than emptying your pocket.

But, the key to attaining maximum fat loss each week is to push yourself as hard as you possibly can while eating a sensible diet.   Of course, for full effects do not neglect to drink plenty of water and give your body enough time to rest so that you can reap all the fat loss benefits of your workout routine.
