Doing the above exercises works well and gain strength and of course, women may be able to wear certain shaper garments to give their stomach a flat look, but exercises that improve the strength are not the whole picture. Even simple exercises such as walking, jogging, or riding back can improve the appearance of the abdomen. The added benefit is that doing the above exercise also improves the heart health and helps you gain the appearance of a flattened stomach.

Of course the final tip to gain the flattened stomach appearance is the same for any weight loss program. Getting enough sleep is essential to building up the muscles and cutting back on calories causes the body to store less fat which started the problem in the first place.

If you continue doing exercises, condition yourself to burn fat effectively and watch what you eat, essential tips to flatten a stomach, results will be achieved, but they will come slowly. Patience is necessary when waiting for the results of any exercise program. Miracle changes to your appearance do not occur overnight. Of course, women can get away with a shaper garment designed to flatten the stomach in the short term and I suppose men could as well as long as they mange not to get caught wearing one. Just remember that most of these pieces of underclothing are uncomfortable and not intended for long term wear.
